Work and life balance

We appreciate that it can sometimes be difficult, not to mention tiring, balancing work with family life. Whilst other organisations may talk about work-life balance, we've been busy putting policies into action.

• Our holiday entitlement starts at 25 days per year (rising to 30 days) plus bank holidays, plus a further three days in December.
• Genuinely flexible working hours, whether you're full- or part-time; we will also fully consider all requests for job share.
• Generous maternity provisions, paternity, parental, adoption and special leave are all in place for when you need them.
• Little Explorers, our on-site nursery, is registered with Ofsted and provides childcare from the age of three months to five years. (View the nursery's latest OFSTED report). We also have access to childcare vouchers.
• We have an on-site play scheme for children between four and 14 at our head office in Southampton during the school holidays.
• We also have an on-site shop (for those must-have chocolate moments) and a subsidised restaurant for catching up with colleagues over breakfast, coffee or lunch.
