As part of the service desk team you will be the initial help point for our internal customers across the organsation assisting them with identifying the issues, and through collaboration with other technical teams, providing our customers with the right technical solution.
With a strong customer focused background and a good track record in providing first level support in a customer service orientated service desk environment you will be able to identify and implement service and process improvements to meet the ever changing needs of your customers.
You will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of service management processes with a focus on incident management.
Your very good communication skills will help you to understand the issue being reported and enable you to prioritise and deal with incidents through to completion. At times a challenging environment but your ability to remain calm and focused will help in prioritising and judging the incident impact.
