OS Insight programme

OS Insight is an initiative to promote a closer working relationship with our customers and partners. By working together throughout our product life cycles, we will be able to develop the best products and solutions to meet our customers’ needs, and to provide all the necessary software and support at the launch of new data products.

Early dialogue between Ordnance Survey, partners and customers brings significant benefits. There is clearly a need and the enthusiasm for such a forum. OS Insight is designed to meet that aspiration, by encouraging consultation from the earliest stages of product development, right through to eventual withdrawal.

Initially OS Insight was used for OS MasterMap only but this has now been extended to all Ordnance Survey products

The subsequent pages describe the benefits and framework of the programme, explain how you can participate, outline the terms and conditions (non-disclosure agreement) and allow you to apply.

The programme is open to all Ordnance Survey customers and partners and we feel it offers an exciting opportunity for improved business relations.
