OSCAR Traffic-Manager^®

The Notice of Withdrawal for OSCAR Traffic-Manager was issued on 1 April 2005

The last date that Ordnance Survey Partners could issue a licence to use Oscar Traffic Manager was 31st March 2007.

The last OSCAR dataset was issued on 1 April 2006. 

Residual Rights Licence

Following on from the withdrawal of OSCAR, a Residual Rights Licence for both Traffic Manager and Asset Manager is available. This is for customers who wish to continue to license un-maintained holdings of OSCAR.

The cost of OSCAR Traffic Manager is £0.24 per tile, payable annually. This is subject to a minimum annual fee of £47.50, exclusive of VAT.
