Commercial buildings questions

I wish to determine the following information in the form of seven questions below:

  • How many > 2,000m2 one story commercial buildings (according to the Buildings Code Requirements - Industrial) are there in England and Wales?
  • How many >2,000m2  one story commercial buildings (according to the Buildings Code Requirements - Warehouses) are there in England and Wales?
  • How many > 2,000m2 one story commercial buildings (according to the Buildings Code Requirements - Industrial) have been built over the last ten years (year on year) in England and Wales?
  • How many > 14,000m2 one story commercial buildings (according to the Buildings Code Requirements - Industrial) are there in England and Wales?
  • How many > 14,000m2 one story commercial buildings (according to Buildings Code requirements - Warehouses) have been built over the last ten years (year on year) in England and Wales?
  • How many > 20,000m2 one story commercial buildings (according to Buildings Code Requirements - Industrial) are there in England and Wales (2009 figures)?
  • How many > 20,000m2 one story commercial buildings (according to the Buildings Code Requirements - Warehouses) are there in England and Wales (2009 figures)?

I regret to inform you that Ordnance Survey is unable to help you with your enquiry, as we do not hold this information.  Whist Ordnance Survey does capture commercial buildings on its mapping; we are unable to differentiate between single story buildings and those greater than single story.
