Supply of survey data

In October/November 2009 the Ordnance Survey carried out a detailed survey of our property at xxxxxx using the latest GPS equipment, and other means.  The information detailed in this survey has been shared with the Land Registry.  Please supply us with full details of this Ordnance Survey data together with any other information held concerning the boundary between our property and the adjoining property known as xxxxxx.

Thank you for your letter dated 2nd March 2010. I am please to be able to enclose, two copies of survey data showing: xxxxxx and the immediate surrounding area. 

As indicated on the appropriate sheets - the first data was captured on 28th October 2009 and the second was captured on the 11th November 2009 and is what is currently showing in our OS MasterMap® Topography Layer product.

Please note that your enquiry has been processed to Freedom of Information guidelines.  As all requested information has been provided, we have determined that in all the circumstances of this case the Public interest consideration (section 17 FOIA) is not applicable in this instance.
