Response to CLG consultation

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would be grateful to receive a copy of Ordnance Surveys response, if any, to the DCLG-led consultation on "Policy options for geographic information from Ordnance Survey".

Thank you for your e-mail dated 18th March 2010. Ordnance Survey is unable to help you with your enquiry as we do not hold this information. The Public Consultation run by Communities and Local Government was about Ordnance Survey, and hence it would have been inappropriate for Ordnance Survey to submit a response itself. Therefore, no response has been submitted by Ordnance Survey.

Please note that your enquiry has been processed to Freedom of Information guidelines. If you are unhappy with our response, you may raise an appeal to our Appeals Officer at:

Complaints Team

Customer Service Centre

Ordnance Survey

Romsey Road

Please include the reference number below. The Appeals Officer will ensure that the process has been followed correctly, questioning any decisions taken regarding the original response and recommending disclosure of additional information if appropriate.

Thank you for your enquiry.
