I would like to make the following requests under the FOI Act:
Q1. I would be very grateful if you could please provide details of the affected printing of the cover of Landranger sheet 115 edition C2, which would have taken place between January and May 2009. The details I would require are as follows: Date of printing; Number of copies printed.
2. Could you please provide a list of printings of Explorer and Landranger covers which took place between 1 January 2009 and 31 May 2009 inclusive. The only details I would require would be as follows: Series and sheet number; Edition code; Date of printing.
Thank you for your e-mail dated 9th June 2010. I confirm we hold the information you have requested, and am pleased to provide you with the following response to your questions:
1. 5000 copies of OS Landranger map 115 edition C2, were printed on the 10th March 2009.
2. We attached a spreadsheet, which details a list of the printed OS Explorers map and OS Landranger map covers for the full period requested.
Please note that your enquiry has been processed to Freedom of Information guidelines. As all requested information has been provided where it is held, we have determined that in all the circumstances of this case the Public interest consideration (section 17 FOIA) is not applicable in this instance.
