Written permission for reproduction

The Title Plan [ONxxxxxx] refers to permission from OS being required for “Further reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without the prior written permission of Ordnance Survey. Licence Number GD272728"

Under the FOI Act 2000 please inform me if such written permission was sought by and granted to any or all of the following:-

xxxxxx of xxxxxx; xxxxxx at the same address or at xxxxxx; xxxxxx, a xxxxxx or at any other address. Any other person, authority, or solicitor, up to 10 October 2003. If such prior written permissions were given please send me a copy or copies.

Thank you for your e-mail dated 8th July 2010. I regret to inform you that Ordnance Survey is unable to help you with your enquiry, as we do not hold this information. Our current internal system which records customer enquiries/requests dates back to May 2002, and between this date and the ‘cut off date’ in your request - 10th October 2003 we have no requests matching those you have detailed.

However, that is not to say that the requests have not been made. When the above system was first introduced we did not record those enquiries which could be immediately dealt with by our Customer Service Centre, only those requiring referral to a second point of contact within the organisation.

The information recorded on the previous internal system for customer enquiries/requests, prior to May 2002 is no longer held by Ordnance Survey.

Please note that your enquiry has been processed to Freedom of Information guide lines. If you are unhappy with our response, you may raise an appeal to our Appeals Officer at:
