ICT organisational structure

I would like to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act. Please can you send me the following information in regards to the organisation’s key contacts:-

Please can you also send me the departments ICT structure with names.

In regards to my request, with the ICT contacts please do not just send me the ICT director’s contacts details, please look through the organisations ICT structure to see which contact is relevant to the job titles I have requested. Some of the contacts I have requested may not relate exactly to the organisation but please send me the closest match.  Please see the attached spreadsheet and input the data within the spreadsheet.

I am pleased to provide you with the following and attached information with regard to your request. Please be aware that not all the relevant information Ordnance Survey holds has been provided within this response, as parts of it fall within the Personal Information exemption under section 40 (2) (a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

We believe this exemption applies because there is an expectation that staff working for Ordnance Survey will not have their personal information released, unless this information is already in the public domain via the Annual Report or Civil Service Year Book, therefore we will not be releasing this information to you.

To the extent that the Public interest test applies (section 17 FOIA), we have determined that in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in withholding the personal information you have requested does not outweigh that of release.
