Please be aware that not all the relevant information Ordnance Survey holds has been provided within this response, as parts of it fall within the Personal Information exemption under section 40 (2) (a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

We believe this exemption applies because there is an expectation that staff working for Ordnance Survey will not have their personal information released, unless that information is already in the public domain through the Annual Report or Civil Service Yearbook. Therefore, not all of the information you have requested which Ordnance Survey holds has been released.
