Aquisition of Print Management

I would be grateful if you could provide the following information:

1) Who is responsible for the acquisition of your print management strategy to include photocopiers printer and multi functional devices?

2) When does your current contract finish (Month/Year)?
3) How many devices photocopiers and multi functional devices are installed?

4) Who is your current supplier(s)? 

5) When will you next be reviewing this contract? 


Thank you for your e-mail dated 23rd October 2010. We are pleased to provide you with the following information with regard to your request, and respond to each of your questions in turn:

1) Ordnance Survey Procurement/Contract Management Team is responsible for the acquisition of print management services.

2) Ordnance Survey is currently in the contract finalisation stage of a possible five year contract. This contract started on the 1st November 2010.

3) The exact number of devices is still being scoped because Ordnance Survey is moving to a new headquarters building shortly. However, the minimum of 25 multifunctional devices, 4 professional printers and approximately 10-15 plotters are the estimated number of devices at this time.

4) Oce have been the successful supplier on this occasion.

5) Ordnance Survey will review this contract at the end of the above term. Any requirements at that point will be fulfilled using a framework let by Central Government.
