Please could you supply the following information under the FOI regulations?
1) xxxxxx Detailed Marks. The complete set of marks awarded to xxxxxx for every individual question in the ITT. Also all notes, emails, minutes and any other written material which explains how the marks were awarded and justified by the evaluation team.
2) All notes, minutes, emails and other written material which relates to the evaluation of xxxxxx option for using the A3 camera (Options 1b and 2b). Also any written material discussing whether the A3 option should be followed up with xxxxxx (via a visit or request for sample data for instance).
3) Option 2. All notes, minutes, emails and any other written material relating to xxxxxx revenue sharing option.

We are pleased to provide you with the following and attached information. Please note, that some of the requested information is not held by Ordnance Survey and some is exempt under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000 and this is detailed where applicable.
1) I regret to inform you that your request for detailed marks for xxxxxx fall within the Commercial Interests exemption under Section 43 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.
As you are aware, Ordnance Survey is retendering this contract and release of this information would be contrary to the protocols and legislative obligations associated with publicly tendered procurements which seek to ensure that all bidders operate from a common base.
However, we are able to attach the generic evaluation matrix (less any marks) for your information.
Also attached, are the tender response clarification questions and answers raised during the process. This is the only documentation held by Ordnance Survey in respect of additional information used in the tender evaluation.
2) The attached generic evaluation matrix document and the tender response clarification questions and answers raised during the process, does make reference to the A3 camera, other than this Ordnance Survey does not hold further information in relation.
3) I can inform you that Ordnance Survey does not hold any documentation in relation to Getmapping’s Option 2 proposal for sharing IPR revenues. The only options that were evaluated were those relating to Options A and B as specified in the ITT.

In relation to The Public Interest consideration (section 17 FOIA) we have determined that there is public interest in ensuring companies are able to compete fairly, and there is public interest in ensuring that there is competition for public sector contracts. Therefore, the public interest in withholding this information does outweigh that of disclosure.
