PSMA contract and prices

Please could you send me the PSMA contract and prices under FOI regulations? I need to know the exact scope of the PSMA including data storage and serving mechanisms.

Please be aware that not all of the information contained within this document has been released, some has been redacted, as parts of it fall within the ‘Information Provided in Confidence’ exemption under section 41 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000 which is an absolute exemption, and the ‘Commercial Interests’ exemption under section 43 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.

We consider the Commercial Interests exemption applies to some of the redacted information in this document, because it includes details of pricing and matters relating to pricing such as service levels and liability, which are of a commercial nature, therefore we will not be releasing this information to you.

We have determined that the public interest in withholding the redacted information outweighs that of disclosure on this occasion.
