Explanation of tender judgement criteria

I am interested in a full explanation of the judgement criteria for the OJEU 2009/S208-xxxxxx for the Supply and Management of Aerial Photography.

I am not interested in who won the bid but rather in the selection criteria and a full explanation thereof. At a time of large scale public spending cuts I think it is important that British tax payers are getting best value.

In response to the judgment criteria for the Supply and Management of Aerial Photography, below is the ITT scoring matrix used to assess individual questions in this tender.

Also attached to this e-mail is the ‘Supply and maintenance of geospatial data – response to ITT questions’ (Allbrook - INFORMATION b - FOI10104) which details the selection criteria for assessing bids received for the above tender.
