Permission to publish Ordnance Survey correspondence

I would like to publicize the procurement issues surrounding the Tender Ref OJEU 2009/S208-299331 for the Supply and Management of Aerial Photography.

However the tender has a Confidentiality Clause (2.3) and a Publicity Clause (2.7) which restricts what can be discussed.

I am therefore asking under FOI regulations for the freedom to publish details of the following:

  • A summary of the results of the bid as contained in OS letter of 13 Sept (attached). I am happy to leave out the names of the winners/losers except for Getmapping.
  • The details contained in OS’s debrief letter of 16 September (attached)
  • A summary of the Complaint meeting held with OS on 22 September (Minutes attached).

Thank you for your e-mail dated 21st October 2010 which we acknowledge. I regret to inform you that Ordnance Survey is unable to help you with your enquiry, under Section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act – Access to Information held by Public Authorities.

In your request, you are requesting permission from Ordnance Survey to publish information and not for held information.
