Performance Management

I am looking into the way in which various Trading Funds have implemented performance management in their organisations.

I would be grateful if you could let me know the overall numbers of people in various performance categories by salary banding as follows [table ommitted] (with a separate category of those in the pay structure whose current salary is above their designated role maximum).

Thank you for your letter dated 20th March 2011. I regret to inform you that Ordnance Survey is unable to help you with your enquiry, as we do not hold this information.  This is because we do not align our performance management and reward structure in way that would relate to the way you have requested the information.
