Ordnance Survey – Great Britain's national mapping agency
I would like to see all meeting notes, correspondence and paper work between officials and ministers about a hotel and health provider called TLC Group from May 2010 to date. I would also be interested in any contact between TLC Group and officials and ministers within this period. Here is a link to the TLC website in case it helps you – http://www.tlc-group.net
I would like to receive the information in electronic, hard copy format. I would also be willing to inspect the documents on-site.
If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all non-exempt material. I, of course, reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to charge excessive fees.
Thank you for your e-mail dated 31st March 2011. Ordnance Survey is unable to help you with your enquiry, as we do not hold any information in the form of meeting notes, correspondence and paper work in relation to the TLC group.
Please note that your enquiry has been processed according to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. If you are unhappy with our response, you may raise an appeal to our Appeals Officer at:
