Ordnance Survey – Great Britain's national mapping agency
The survey allegedly requested by the ROS concluded that the area of ground depicted on the OS extract was over a metre short of what was actually on the ground. I am assuming as you guarantee an accuracy of plus or minus 0.4 metres on the 1/1250 drawing that the surveyor would have to amend the current plan within a reasonable period of time.
I am also assuming, especially as this area was surrounded by other developments, that any changes to the master would be recorded for audit purposes or indeed future challenges relating to land conveyed prior to these changes.
Can you advise if the plan in question was updated following this alleged survey, and if so can you supply me details under the FOIA.
