2006 Version of Mapping

I would like to receive the 2006 version of the 1:2500 scale OS map pertaining to the area in question of Crug Bychan, Crug Farm and Cardigan Island Coastal Farm Park please.  In other words a correct 1:2500 scale version of the 2011 version that xxxxxx sent me.  Can I please request the 2006 version of the 1:2500 map under the Freedom of Information Act?

I need three A3 paper copies of the 1:2500 map, with the following grid reference centre: 217616 E and 251304 N.

The map features Crug Bychan and Crug Farm, Ceredigion, West Wales.

Thank you for your e-mail dated 26th August 2011, in response to extensive correspondence with our Customer Service Centre, and requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act:

I confirm that Ordnance Survey does hold mapping data from 2006. We hold an annual snap shot of our digital product taken during April/May each year.  As your request has asked for the 2006 version, I have enclosed our 2006 snapshot which covers until April/May 2006 and our 2007 snapshot which covers from April/May 2006. We have printed these at 1:2500 scale.

Please note, these maps are simple screen prints of the raw data from which mapping products are created, they are not a mapping product of Ordnance Survey. These prints do not look the same as the official large scale mapping extracts which you can purchase from Ordnance Survey Mapping and Data Centres.  As such they may not be accepted in any official capacity by courts or by solicitors.

Your enquiry has been processed according to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. As all the requested information has been provided, we have determined that in all the circumstances of this case the Public interest consideration (section 17 FOIA) is not applicable in this instance.
