Imagery not held by NMR

I'm writing requesting copies of any recent aerial photographs of our house.  We live in xxxxxx and our house is on Landranger xxxxxx with co-ordinates xxxxxx. We have already been to the NMR, who were very helpful but need pictures from 2000 onwards, which they do not hold.

Thank you for your e-mail dated 30th September 2011. I can confirm that Ordnance Survey does hold two images of your property.  The first was captured on 19th September 2005 and the second on the 23rd November 2007.

For further information, there is an image captured on the 9th February 2001 which has been archived and should be held by The National Monument Records. I understand you have already been in touch with them, but if they have not already provided this information to you, you can quote the following Film number which may assist: 01-982.

As the two images we hold are large in file size, we have saved these to a disc as it would be difficult to send these to you electronically.  Please would you be so kind as to confirm a postal address to which this disc may be sent.

Your enquiry has been processed according to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. As all the requested information has been provided, we have determined that in all the circumstances of this case the Public interest consideration (section 17 FOIA) is not applicable in this instance.

If you are unhappy with our response, you may raise an appeal to our Appeals Officer at:

FOI Appeals Officer
Customer Service Centre

Please include the reference number below. The Appeals Officer will ensure that the process has been followed correctly, questioning any decisions taken regarding the original response and recommending disclosure of additional information if appropriate.

Thank you for your enquiry.
