I would appreciate if you could provide the following information for the 2010 - 11 financial year:
1. How much did Ordnance Survey spend on reimbursing employee travel & subsistence expenses, including mileage allowances, public transport, general employee expenditure, car parking, conference expenses, subsistence etc?
2. What proportion of the reimbursed expenses was for grey fleet mileage?
3. What was the total grey fleet mileage travelled by staff?
4. How do employees submit claims for expenses, electronically or via a paper claim form?
5. Are expenses claims processed internally or by a third party organisation. If relevant what is the name of the third party?

4. Our employees now submit their claims for expenses electronically. Our electronic expenses claim system went live in February 2011, and we finally stopped accepting paper claim forms on 30th September 2011. Therefore, there was an 8 month transition period of accepting both.
5. Expense claims are processed internally.
