Staff paid by PAYE

How many staff were paid via the PAYE system last month?

Thank you for your e-mail dated 30^th November 2011. I confirm Ordnance Survey does hold this information, and can advise that 1097 staff were paid on our payroll on 31 October 2011, via PAYE.

Your enquiry has been processed according to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000, with the requested information being provided within the legislative 20 working days, meaning by 30^th December 2011.

We have determined that in all the circumstances of this case the Public interest consideration (section 17 FOIA) is not applicable in this instance.
