Supplied data

Dear Requester

Request for information - FOI12255

Thank you for your e-mail of 12th January 2012. You have submitted the following request to GeoPlace, which has been passed to Ordnance Survey:

"Could you please provide me with a list of organisations that have been supplied or brought xxxxxx LLPG data please?"

Ordnance Survey's understanding is that xxxxxx LLPG data has not been provided as a discrete dataset to any parties other than those organisations involved in production of the NLPG, currently GeoPlace LLP, and prior to that, Intelligent Addressing Limited.

Under Section 16 of the FOIA 'the duty to provide advice and assistance' we advise that xxxxxx LLPG data is incorporated in the NLPG which has been licensed to various government customers via the Public Sector Mapping Agreement, and also to various commercial entities under separate commercial terms.

Your enquiry has been processed according to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. As all the requested information has been provided, we have determined that in all the circumstances of this case the Public interest consideration (section 17 FOIA) is not applicable in this instance.

If you are unhappy with our response, you may raise an appeal to our Appeals Officer at:

FOI Appeals Officer
Customer Service Centre
Ordnance Survey
Adanac Drive
SOUTHAMPTON
SO16 0AS

Please include the reference number above. The Appeals Officer will ensure that the process has been followed correctly, questioning any decisions taken regarding the original response and recommending disclosure of additional information if appropriate.

Thank you for your enquiry.
