4) The total amount of benefits in kind paid/given to staff of Companies House an Executive Agency of The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills for the year 2008/09

5) The total amount of benefits in kind paid/given to staff of Companies House an Executive Agency of The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills for the year 2009/10

6) The total amount of benefits in kind paid/given to staff of Companies House an Executive Agency of The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills for the year 2010/11'

I confirm Ordnance Survey does hold the information in relation to your question one. In the financial year 2008-09 the total amount of payments of bonuses to all staff was £1,278,890.
We do not hold the information in respond to your questions two to six, and suggest you may like to contact Companies House directly to determine whether they can assist you.

Your enquiry has been processed according to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. As all the requested information has been provided, we have determined that in all the circumstances of this case the Public interest consideration (section 17 FOIA) is not applicable in this instance.
