Request for information – FOI12278
Thank you for your e-mail of 2nd April 2012.
Ordnance Survey does hold some of the information you have requested and this is provided. Not all of the information you have requested is held this is detailed where applicable.
Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information:
1. The Ordnance Survey’s total spending on equalities and diversity schemes/initiatives for each of the last three years (2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12)
The costs incurred on all equality and diversity related initiatives at Ordnance Survey for the past three years is:
2009-10 £2850
2010-11 £8190
2011-12 £1657
2. The total amount of your equalities/diversity expenditure that was spent on issues/schemes/initiatives relating specifically to race (racial equality in the work place or any other race relations issues) for each of the last three years (2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12).
Ordnance Survey does not hold this information. Whilst there is recorded expenditure attributed to equality and diversity as a whole, it is not broken down with a cost specifically relating to race/racial equality issues.
