'This is a Freedom of Information request relating to the Ipsos MORI research reported in 'Strand 3 - Investigative study to inform FOIA (2000) post-legislative review - costing exercise' published by the Ministry of Justice on 26 March 2012. See

Could you please:
(a) inform us whether Ordnance Survey took part in the exercise to cost the FOI/EIR requests received during a one week period (as described on pages 4-5 of the [omitted] report)

(b) if you did take part, could you please supply us with the costing information which you provided to the researchers carrying out this exercise. We understand this information would have been provided separately for each request on the pro forma document shown on page 32 of the report. We would prefer to receive this information in electronic form if possible.'

Response
Ordnance Survey did not take part in the FOI/EIR monitoring exercise and is therefore unable to provide any information in relation, as this is not held.

The Public Interest
As the requested information is not held we have determined the Public interest consideration (section 17 FOIA) is not applicable.
