Thank you for your e-mail of 12th October 2012, requesting:
1. Which motor manufacturers, motor dealers or leasing companies do you have contracts with for the supply of passenger motor vehicles and light commercial vehicles?
2. What is the number (and where possible to provide), make and model of vehicles supplied under each contract?
I confirm Ordnance Survey does hold the information you have requested, and we respond to your questions as follows:
1. We currently have a four year contract with Leasedrive for our Business User Scheme (BUS) drivers and we have a contract with Enterprise for general hire cars.
2. The current number of leased cars under the BUS scheme is 339. Attached to this e-mail is a document detailing the makes and models of the vehicles supplied by the lease company under the BUS agreement.
