Maps for planning permission or registering a property

As part of the land registration or planning application process, you may have been asked to submit either:

  • a 1:1250, 4 hectare (200x200m) map for urban areas or
  • a 1:2500, 16 hectare (400x400m) map for rural areas or even
  • a more detailed ‘block plan’ at either 1:500 or 1:200 scale

We are unable to provide these direct to you, but have a number of options available to you to buy.
