The file (Chiselton.exe) is a self-extracting zip file. Select the directory in which you want to save the zip file. Once the file has been downloaded, go the directory in which the file 'Chiselton.exe' has been saved, and double click on it. You will then be prompted to choose directory in which you want the unzipped file to be saved in. Make your choice (or accept the default), and then click on the 'Unzip' button.
The unzipped file is called chisA4_160.bmp and can be loaded into a large number of paint and drawing programmes for viewing, annotating and printing.
