Wallpaper for computers and mobile devices
Brighten up your desktop or home screen with a new scene each month taken somewhere in Great Britain and sent in by you, our visitors. Other than the ones for smartphones and Facebook, each of our images features a calendar for the month.
For May 2013, we present a moody shot of the lighthouse at New Brighton, on the mouth of the Mersey, taken by Mark John Nepomuceno. His is the second of the five images that won our recent photographic competition; we are showcasing them all here over the next few months.
