Ordnance Survey helps capture the perfect picture

Ordnance Survey, Great Britain’s national mapping agency, has teamed up with The National Trust and Panasonic to encourage more people to start enjoying the nation’s magnificent built and natural heritage with the Perfect Picture prize draw.

The famous and much-loved OS Landranger Map and OS Explorer Map ranges cover the entire country, making them ideal for planning a visit to one of The National Trust’s hundreds of historic sites, castles and nature reserves. What’s more, Ordnance Survey is giving away 20 Panasonic Lumix TZ3 cameras, the world’s smallest digital camera, with 10x optical zoom and 28-mm wide-angle lens, to help you capture every perfect moment and breathtaking view.

Without The National Trust many of the idyllic Great British landscapes Ordnance Survey maps would not exist in their full splendour. The National Trust invests over £160 million a year in the nation’s environmental infrastructure and works with over 40,000 companies, including 2,000 specialist conservation businesses.

To be entered into the Perfect Picture prize draw simply visit one of the 200 participating National Trust sites to pick up an entry form and buy a OS Explorer Map or OS Landranger Map. Then, for your chance to win, simply fill in the entry form and post your map receipt to the following address by 30 September 2007: Ordnance Survey NT Prize Draw, Freepost SO1074, Romsey Road, SOUTHAMPTON, SO16 4GU.
