Once the activities follow a more structured approach (as suggested by the PAI toolbox), it will be required to manage it. This does not necessarily mean to follow a formal approach such as PRINCE2 before a pilot or the actual implementation is started, but it is suggested to map out the planned activities and monitor them as they are implemented.
