AddressBase Plus
AddressBase Plus® contains current properties and addresses sourced from local authorities, Ordnance Survey and Royal Mail matched to the Unique Property Reference Number.
It has more records than AddressBase as it includes objects without postal addresses, such as subdivided properties, places of worship and community centres.
You can also locate an address or property on a map, by cross referencing the information with OS MasterMap® products.
Here AddressBase Plus is overlaid on OS MasterMap Topography Layer.

Format: Comma Separated Values (CSV) and GML 3.2.1.
Data structure: Points.
Attributes: Royal Mail postal addresses and objects without postal addresses and addresses with multiple occupants, matched to the UPRN.
Scale: 1:1250 to 1:10 000.
Update frequency: Six weekly - change-only updates (when available)
Supply: CD, DVD and FTP (for orders under 400 Mb).
Coverage: Great Britain - (England and Wales) predefined areas are available or you may define your own area of interest.
