AddressBase Plus overlaid on OS MasterMap Topography Layer

AddressBase^® Plus contains the current view of properties and addresses sourced from Local Authorities, Ordnance Survey and the Royal Mail addresses- where matched to the UPRN.
It contains more records than AddressBase as it includes local authority addresses, objects without postal addresses, welsh language alternatives, classifications, TOID references and VOA NDR and CT codes
You can also locate an address or property on a map, by cross referencing the information with OS MasterMap® products.

Technical details

Format: Comma Separated Values (CSV) and GML 3.2.1.

Data structure: Points.

Attributes: Approved Local authority BS7666 addresses, Royal Mail postal addresses-where matched to a UPRN, coordinates, objects without postal addresses, addresses with multiple occupants, OS Topography and ITN TOID’s and classifications.

Scale: 1:1250 to 1:10 000.

Update frequency: Six weekly refresh (known as Epoch)

Supply: CD, DVD and FTP (for orders under 2Gb).

Coverage: Great Britain - predefined areas are available or you may define your own area of interest.
