AddressBase® contains Royal Mail PAF addresses, both commercial and residential where they have been matched to the local authority Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN).
You will be able to link additional information about a property to a single address and also place it on a map.
Change Only Updates from July 2013.
Here AddressBase is overlaid on OS MasterMap® Topography Layer.

Technical details
Format: Comma Separated Values (CSV) and GML 3.2.1.
Data structure: Points.
Attributes: Royal Mail Delivery Point addresses matched to the UPRN.
Scale: 1:1250 to 1:10 000.
Update frequency: Six weekly refresh (known as Epoch).
Supply: CD, DVD and FTP (for orders under 2 Gb).
Coverage: Great Britain - predefined areas are available or you may define your own area of interest.
