OS MasterMap^® registration form

OS MasterMap is ordered via the data selector on which account customers can create and save estimates, view OS MasterMap contracts and place orders. These orders can be supplied on CD, DVD or downloaded from a file transfer protocol (FTP).

Before you proceed with this registration please be aware of the following:

• This form will take five minutes to complete.
• OS MasterMap has a minimum contract value of £500.
• All customers who register with OS MasterMap to license data will need to have a credit account before they can be issued with a user name and password to access the service. In order to open a credit account for you, it may be necessary for us to request a credit check on your company. The information requested on the following pages will help us speed up this process.
• At Ordnance Survey we are committed to protecting your privacy. We are compliant with all aspects of the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
• Please do not use this form for OS MasterMap^® password queries.

Do you intend to commercially exploit OS MasterMap by re-selling to others?
