Mapping agreements and Ordnance Survey products
When an organisation becomes a member of a mapping agreement, staff within that organisation can access a range of Ordnance Survey products.
There are two mapping agreements, each of which have a range of product entitlements, these are the Public Sector Mapping Agreement (PSMA) and the One Scotland Mapping Agreement (OSMA).The exact entitlement given to an organisation will vary depending on the agreement they have joined. In England and Wales, membership of PSMA entitles organisations to all the products in the Ordnance Survey portfolio. In Scotland, membership of OSMA entitles organisations access to all data covering Scotland plus a 2km ‘buffer zone’.
Which products are covered by each agreement?
To see the current line-up of products, please review the details under each agreement below.
Other products:
The following products are not currently covered by either agreement, but please contact us if you would like more information:
- OS OnDemand (a web service for directly licenced customers delivering our mapping over the web directly into organisations.)
- OS MasterMap imagery layer (provides you with a current seamless picture of Great Britain, as a set of aerial photographs.)
Note: Central government organisations that licenced Points of Interest from Landmark Information Group under the PGA can continue to use this data until March 2014.
