What level of technical support can I expect as an Ordnance Survey Developer?

Technical support will be provided via email by our technical consultants who will aim to answer simple enquiries regarding Ordnance Survey GB data within two hours of receipt. More complex enquiries will be dealt with within 24 hours. If we think it your enquiry will take longer, we will agree a response deadline with you. Our technical support service is not intended to replace your development design or building, it is intended to explain the structure, content and update mechanisms of Ordnance Survey data and to advise on which products best suit your application.
