Ordnance Survey’s unique exhibition offers an opportunity to visit a trio of expositions showcasing research and technologies from commerce, government and research. See demonstrations of how research, technology and societal trends combine to paint a picture of what potentially lies on the horizon.

At the heart of the exhibition are the technologies of many possible futures. Some are emerging as solutions that can be implemented today; some are just leaving the labs and others represent tomorrow’s tomorrow.

• Terra cognita
  Exhibitions demonstrating new technologies and solutions available today.
   
• Terra nova
  Technologies, solutions and research that are novel or are two to three years away from establishment.
     
• Terra vista
  Very much still 'in the lab'. These are the technologies that we are only beginning to develop and understand.
