How to order Land-Form PROFILE^® data

Ordering

If you are an Ordnance Survey Licensed Partner, Developer, local government or Pan-government body, please contact your account manager.

Our products are available for supply under the Framework Direct Licence (220 Kb PDF). This is an umbrella document that defines the relationship between you, the customer, and Ordnance Survey. It sets out the general rights and obligations between us. You will only need to sign this document once and it will then cover you for your future data orders.

There is also an associated Product Schedule used with the Framework Direct Licence that, in effect, is the form you use to order a product from us. It also includes additional terms and conditions specific to the product. In combination, these constitute your contract with us for the product.

New customers

To order a data product from Ordnance Survey, you will need to complete and sign:

• the Framework Direct Licence acceptance form (62 Kb PDF), confirming that you have read and accept the terms and conditions (see link above);
• the order form (292 Kb PDF) for this product; and
• our credit application form (56 Kb PDF).

Completed documentation should be sent to our General Enquiries Helpdesk.

Existing customers

In February 2004 we sent customers details of our new prices, and terms and conditions, together with a copy of the Framework Direct Licence and a form for you to complete, sign and return to us, indicating that you have read and accept its terms and conditions.

If you returned the acceptance form to us – our General Enquiries Helpdesk will be able to advise you if unsure – then for all future orders of this product you need only complete and return the order form (292 Kb PDF).

If you didn’t do so but are simply extending your data holding of this product as licensed on or before 31 March 2004, you need only to complete and sign the order form (292 Kb PDF). This is because you will have automatically migrated to the new Framework Direct Licence terms as previously advised in our mailing.

If you have previously ordered OS MasterMap^®, OS Street View^®  or 1:25 000 Scale Colour Raster, you will already have signed up to the Framework Direct Licence, so you need only complete and return the order form (292 Kb PDF).

If you didn’t complete the acceptance form and are ordering a new product for which you haven't previously been licensed, you will need to complete and sign both the acceptance form (56 Kb PDF) and the order form (292 Kb PDF).
