Will this change affect my GI software and applications being run by my software?
No, the specification has not actually changed.

Will there be any other changes to Land-Line?
No, this is the only change.

I still use standard sheets, how can I understand which administrative and electoral areas form part of the map/my area of interest?
You will be able to identify where political and administrative boundaries change. For comprehensive currently operative administrative and electoral boundary  name information, we advise you to use Boundary-Line for GIS applications, or the appropriate Admin Area Map for specific classes of boundaries  if you require a paper map http://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/oswebsite/products/adminboundary/ 

Will administrative and electoral boundaries still be updated as frequently?
Yes, this change does not affect the currency of the boundaries still shown.
