Keep your account number, user name and password secure within your organisation.

If your password is compromised then it must be changed immediately.

You should not disclose your password to anyone – even if they claim to be from Ordnance Survey or the police.

Choose a password of eight characters that has a mix of alpha, numeric, punctuation and/or shift characters.
