If you are an Ordnance Survey Licensed Partner, developer, local government or Pan-government body, please contact your account manager.

Our products are available for supply under the Framework direct licence (220 Kb PDF). This is an umbrella document that defines the relationship between you, the customer, and Ordnance Survey. It sets out the general rights and obligations between us. You will only need to sign this document once and it will then cover you for your future data orders.

There is also an associated product schedule used with the Framework direct licence that, in effect, is the form you use to order a product from us. It also includes additional terms and conditions specific to the product. In combination, these constitute your contract with us for the product.
