Samples of OS MasterMap Address Layer 2 data are available to download here. Areas of Port Talbot and Basingstoke are supplied, in order to be consistent with the sample data of other products on our web site. Both GML and CSV format, compressed to .gz, is available. The GML data is in GML version 2.1.2 format and you will need compliant software to run it.

Change-only update
You can download the initial file and then apply the changes in the corresponding change-only file. The full update file contains a complete resupply of the initial data, including updates.
