Stephen joined OS in 2021 and has over 25 years' multi-channel marketing experience. Prior to OS, he worked across a number of industries including banking, insurance, postal and publishing, with organisations such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Royal Mail and Aviva.
Stephen is an experienced leader, having managed a number of Digital Marketing and Customer Experience teams over the past two and a half decades. He has delivered award-winning, multi-million-pound Digital and CX transformation projects and has defined and implemented Customer Experience strategies across leading UK brands such as Aviva, Royal Mail and now OS.
