Thank you for your email of 27 July 2015, requesting the following information in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000:
Area of interest is the area bounded by the following co-ordinates
- 36640E 17790N Lyde Green roundabout on the A4174.
- 36720E 17850N Westerleigh Rd crossing the M4.
- 38090E 17790N M4 Crossing disused railway line.
- 36750E 17650N Roundabout on the A4174 and junction of B4465.
Has Ordnance Survey been informed of any errors on maps and digital data in the area enclosed by the co-ordinates above?
If you have received notification of errors, provide the details of the error. Provide details of the organisation making the discovery and provide copies of correspondence and data provided and nature of the error.
Has Ordnance Survey identified of any errors on maps and digital data in the area enclosed by the co-ordinates above?
If you, OS, have identified errors, provide the details of the error. Provide details of and nature of the error.
How I would like the information:
PDF and or Word file emailed and or posted paper report.
I can confirm that Ordnance Survey does not hold this information because Ordnance Survey has had no reports of errors within the area described by your co-ordinates and there are no reported errors reported by OS within the area of interest.
