FOI14557(4) - Request for information
Thank you for your email of 20 September 2016, requesting the following information in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000:
As you will already be working in this geographical area, I'd like to read all OS file data in the change of the RIGHT hand boundary the 'dog leg' which is XXXXXXXXXX /XXX XXXX (formerly XXXXXXXXX ) too.
As you can see, OS has already sent me some maps - but no accompanying file data for either boundary change.
I can confirm that Ordnance Survey does not hold this information as we do not hold any file data relating to specific features. The only record of the feature surveyed is the map itself.
Please see our response to FOI14457(3) for further information regarding our mapping of physical features and our working relationship with Land Registry.
Your enquiry has been processed according to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. If you are unhappy with our response, you may request an internal review with our FOI Internal Review Officer, by contacting them as follows:

- Failed to tell you whether or not we hold the information
- Failed to provide the information you have requested
- Failed to explain the reasons for refusing a request

They will conduct an independent internal review and will inform you of the outcome of the review normally within 20 working days, but exceptionally within 40 working days, in line with the Information Commissioner’s guidance.
The FOI Internal Review Officer will either: uphold the original decision, provide an additional explanation of the exemption/s applied or release further information, if it is considered appropriate to do so.
