Thank you for your email of 20 December 2016, requesting information from Ordnance Survey in accordance with the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) 2000:
Any aerial photography that you hold covering xxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx xxxx, xxxxxxxxx, South Staffordshire, xxxx xxx within the last five years. It is required to establish if there has been an unauthorised change of use of land.
The grid reference is: E: xxxxxx.xx N:xxxxxx.xx metres.
I have attached a map of the area required [withheld].
I confirm that Ordnance Survey does hold the information you have requested and the imagery has been sent to you in the post today.
I can advise that the imagery supplied to you, which is dated 16 April 2014, is the only imagery held by Ordnance Survey for this location over the five year period requested.

The FOI Internal Review Officer will not have been involved in the original decision. They will conduct an independent internal review and will inform you of the outcome of the review normally within 20 working days, but exceptionally within 40 working days, in line with the Information Commissioner’s guidance.
The FOI Internal Review Officer will either: uphold the original decision, provide an additional explanation of the exemption/s applied or release further information, if it is considered appropriate to do so.
