Following on from your original request for information from Ordnance Survey under FOI18836, thank you for your email of 27 July 2018 and your subsequent email of 31 July 2018 clarifying your request, which has been treated as a new request for information from Ordnance Survey under FOI18843.
Your request has been dealt with in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000, and I acknowledge your request to be as follows:

There appear to be two aspects to this problem:

Your clarification email of 1 August 2018
The 1907 map shows three sides of the boundaries of XXXX. The 1971 map shows those three sides to be different. I do not think the 1907 map was changed before 1967. In the circumstances I would ask you to look at any records which exist for the period 1967 to 1971 and if there is any record showing why a change was made, please may I be given details?
The maps concerning TPOs were to illustrate difficulties I am experiencing with OS mapping. This is a quite separate issue.
I am only concerned with the general OS maps 1907 and 1971 for the purposes of my question, both maps are 1: 2500 scale.
I confirm that Ordnance Survey does not hold the information you have requested.
We do not retain a record or catalogue of amendments made to our mapping in a separate register, therefore we do not hold any record in relation to changes made to the mapping of the boundaries of XXXX for the period between 1967 – 1971. The map itself is the only record; you may wish to view information on our historial mapping web page.

The Internal Review Officer will not have been involved in the original decision. They will conduct an independent internal review and will inform you of the outcome of the review normally within 20 working days, but exceptionally within 40 working days, in line with the Information Commissioner’s guidance.
The Internal Review Officer will either: uphold the original decision, provide an additional explanation of the exemption/s applied or release further information, if it is considered appropriate to do so.
