Even as sales for digital mapping technology grow, there is still an important place in the market for the trademark road map.
The map’s relaunch has been met with enthusiasm in the media. Last month Autocar explained their popularity, “they allow people to plan in advance, to see their surroundings in context and to have a failsafe in case their digitised mapping option lets them down.”
The public are equally keen, and sales have been excellent. You can’t beat a map in your glove box.
